Because our products are digital downloads and digital content, all sales are generally final once a purchase has been completed. Digital products cannot be returned in the same manner as physical goods.

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your purchase, receive a damaged or incorrect file, are accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, or believe there has been an error with your order, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds or other remedies may be provided when required by applicable law or when Next Purpose Labs determines that a refund is appropriate based on the circumstances.
